Mosaik Vanilla Client Enhancements

Mosaik Vanilla Client Enhancements (MVCE) is a client-side Fabric mod that combines several quality-of-life features and fixes for Minecraft.

Features

Improved Window Management

• Toggle borderless fullscreen using a configurable keybind
• Automatic detection of the currently used monitor
• Restores the previous window position and size
• Correct Windows title bar rendering
• Automatically applies the appropriate light or dark window theme
• Native Windows integration without additional DLLs

Ping-System

Players with this mod installed can create ping-marker via middle mouse button.

• Ping marker will be synced through the server.
• Sounds and Beacon effect are toggleable via ModMenu.
• Pings that are further away then 750 meters will not be shown.
• The ping color depends on the waypoint color of the player.

Xaero Map Management

A small button in the main menu provides easy access to your saved Xaero map data.

• Lists maps stored in .minecraft/xaero/world-map
• Search box for quickly filtering entries
• Distinguishes between singleplayer and multiplayer maps
• Displays clean server names without the technical Multiplayer_ prefix
• Transparent entries styled similarly to Minecraft’s server list
• Requires confirmation before deleting map data
• Deletes the matching folders from:
  • xaero/world-map
  • xaero/minimap
• Prevents deletion of external or unsafe directories

Warning: Resetting a map permanently deletes the selected Xaero map data and cannot be undone.

Requirements

• Minecraft 26.2
• Fabric Loader
• Fabric API
• Client-side installation

The mod does not need to be installed on the server.

Platform Support

The window-management improvements are specifically designed for Windows. Xaero map management remains entirely client-side.

Installation

1. Install Fabric Loader.
2. Download Fabric API.
3. Place MVCE and Fabric API in your Minecraft mods folder.
4. Launch Minecraft using the Fabric profile.
